Where are ye guys based?

We are based in Ireland but we ship worldwide.

Do I have to Pre-Order:

Nope, Pre-ordering is just a way to secure your favourite pin while it's being manufactured. It just really applies to the enamel pins. The t-shirts and plastic pins can be bought right away (If they're in stock).

How long do I have to wait for Pre-Orders:

We have a neat little timer on our homepage that counts down to the next arrival of pins. We aim to get the pins as quickly as we can once the designs are announced. You guys will be notified if there are any problems and rewarded handsomely for your troubles.

Can I submit designs?

Yes you can! No seriously, I'd love to see what designs you guys had in mind, send them on.

What Payment Options do you accept:

We accept PayPal and all other forms of payment are made through Stripe. 

What happens if I order both a Pre-Order Pin and a Pin that's already in stock? 

It all depends on when your pre-order pin is due. In most cases we will send out the pin we have in stock, followed by your Pre-Ordered pin (when we get them). Any questions just ask! 

Tell us about your Giveaways on Instagram and Facebook?

We love giveaways, we'll run regular giveaways but particularly each time a pin is dropped. Just follow the steps outlined and don't repost more than two a day. Any competition pages or pages spamming a number of posts will be disqualified at our discretion. If you're the winner congrats! We'll take care of everything, shipping, product costs etc. Good Luck! 

How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide so shipping times can vary and processing time can take 1-5 days. Regarding shipping times we ship from Ireland so it can take up to Two Weeks in some cases. If you ever have a query shoot us an e-mail to simppins@gmail.com

Can I get a tracking number?

We now have tracking numbers available for eligible orders. If you choose Standard Shipping you will not receive a tracking number. If Express shipping or Tracking Number eligible Shipping is selected when purchasing you should get a tracking number with your email (if you don't let us know) and these tracking numbers can be searched on track.anpost.ie enter the format like: LF XXX XXX XXX IE
